Counterparty diligence
Diligence files supersede as filings change, without erasing the position taken at the time.
A counterparty file is a living document that must also be a historical one. SUPERSEDE is what allows both.
Each revision links to the one it replaced, so the position held at signing remains readable after the position has moved.
