These terms govern use of censio.io, censi0.com and censi0.ai. They are not the terms under which the platform is provided — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ the agreement prevails.

The site is operated by Reach Infrastructure Ltd, trading as Censio, company number 16987152, registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

It is a description of a protocol and of the platform implementing it. It is not an offer, an invitation to treat, a prospectus, or financial, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here creates a contract between us.

What Censio provides to an organisation is set out in its written agreement, and the agreement governs. If a page appears to say more than the agreement does, the agreement is right and the page is wrong — tell us and we will correct it.

Where this site or censi0.com shows an example Censio Pass™ or Censio Cert™, its id carries EXAMPLE. Examples perform no check, issue no records and reach no network, and their output describes no real record.

A real Censio Cert™ is read and checked in the Cert viewer or through the REST API.

Censio™, CAP™, Censio Authority Protocol™, Censio Pass™ and Censio Cert™ are trademarks of Reach Infrastructure Ltd. Censi0 is a technical identity of Reach Infrastructure Ltd.

You may quote from this site with attribution. You may not reproduce the specification, implement the protocol, or use the marks without a written licence from us.

The site is provided as is. We give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or continuously available, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss so far as the law permits.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits a consumer’s statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may change them. A changed version is published here with a new number and date, and the superseded version is kept — a published position is superseded, never quietly revised.
