Terms

The terms this site is offered under.

These terms govern use of censio.io. They are not the terms under which the platform is provided — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two differ the agreement prevails.

The site is operated by Reach Infrastructure Ltd, trading as Censio, company number 16987152, registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

What this site is, and is not

It is a description of a protocol and of the platform implementing it. It is not an offer, an invitation to treat, a prospectus, or financial, legal or regulatory advice, and nothing here creates a contract between us.

What is built, what is in build and what is only specified is held on the conformance register, and the register governs. If a page appears to claim more than the register does, the register is right and the page is wrong — tell us and we will correct it.

The specimen surfaces

Parts of this site demonstrate the platform with specimen data: the Trust Object console, the certificate, the policy-gate transcript, the verify walk, the quickstart terminal, and the transcript cards. Each is labelled a specimen where it appears. They perform no verification, issue no records and reach no network, and their output proves nothing about any real record.

To check a real record, use the verify page, which recomputes a seal against the published anchors without contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Trust Intelligence Protocol, its methods and statutes, the Trust Object format, CensioCert, the Censio name and mark, and the content of this site are the property of Reach Infrastructure Ltd. TIP and CensioCert are trade marks of Reach Infrastructure Ltd.

You may quote from this site with attribution. You may not reproduce the specification, implement the protocol, or use the marks without a written licence from us.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or continuously available, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss so far as the law permits.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here limits a consumer’s statutory rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may change them. A changed version is published here with a new number and date, and the superseded version is kept — a published position is superseded, never quietly revised.
