Trust infrastructure for machine judgment — who is building it, on what terms, and what we intend to open.
We build the record a machine judgment leaves behind, and the means for anyone to check it.
We build for institutions running machine judgment where the decision is regulated, contested or long-lived.
The Trust Intelligence Protocol is proprietary intellectual property of Reach Infrastructure Ltd, trading as Censio. The methods, the statutes and the record format are our invention and remain our property.
Censio intends TIP to become the open standard the field will need — a standard nobody else can implement is not a standard. That is a direction, not a date.
It stays closed source for the foreseeable future, and that is a choice rather than a stage we are waiting to grow out of. A specification opened before its methods have been tested against real regulated decisions gets implemented wrongly and then defended forever. We would rather hold the integrity of the work now and open something worth adopting later. When that changes, it will change here first and it will be dated.
One day, we will ask when autonomous intelligence became indispensable.
The answer will be: yesterday.
When the future arrives, trust must already be in place.
That is why we built Censio.
History rarely announces the moment everything changes.
It simply expects us to be ready.

Every version is still readable and still verifiable. A record sealed under an earlier version verifies under that version's rules, not under today's.

Five methods and six statutes fixed. The wire format stops moving; anything that changes it is a major version.

Not patriotism. Inheritance. Britain produced some of the most consequential thinking on truth, on computation and on programmable machines, and the work here builds on ideas those people helped shape. We do not claim to stand alongside them. We acknowledge what we stand on.
