Sanctions screening — Shipped
A screening decision is asked about years later, by a regulator, about a name that has since changed status. The question is never “what do you think now” — it is “what did you conclude then, on what, and can you show it.”

Claims decisions are contested by the people they affect. A record that states only the outcome is not a defence.
Counterparty diligence — Shipped
A counterparty file is a living document that must also be a historical one. SUPERSEDE is what allows both.

CDRP is the statute that carries this: replay the decision against the evidence held then, not the evidence known now.
