The mandate an autonomous agent acted under, the chain that authorised it, and what happens to records issued after a mandate is revoked.
MWCP extends the five methods. It is a Censio invention and it is published as part of the protocol rather than held as a trade secret.

MWCP is defined in TIP/1.0. Whether it is shipped, in build or specified is stated in the conformance register, and that register is the only place this site makes that claim.
