Nothing is shown operating that is not operating
The conformance register decides what may be depicted, not the copy and not the design.
History is append-only
This applies to us as well as to the records. A published position is superseded, never quietly revised.
Verification never routes through the issuer
Including when the issuer is Censio.
Methodology is always reachable
Any figure, confidence or verdict we show has a stated method behind it, or it does not ship.
We are building the layer that makes a machine judgment answerable
Models got good at producing conclusions faster than institutions got good at standing behind them. The gap between the two is where the risk now sits: a decision that cannot be explained six months later is a decision that cannot be defended.
Censio does not make the judgment. It records what was judged, on what basis, with what confidence. It seals that so it can be checked by someone who was not in the room and has no reason to trust either party.
That only works if verification does not route through us. The specification is public, the anchors are operated by others, and a certificate holder can check a record without asking permission and without us knowing they did. A confirmation that comes from the issuer carries no information.
